APPOINTMENT POLICY Clients are required to follow company policy of a service deposit on any treatment over 1 hour. A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required when booking our service. CANCELLATION POLICY When rescheduling or canceling appointments, 24 hour notice is required so that we can re-allocate this time to another client. Any cancellation, rescheduled appointments or missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice may void service, deposit or gift voucher. Please be aware that confirmation of your appointments is acknowledgment of these terms. *All prices include GST and are subject to changes without notice.
Gift voucher are available for any service or combination you desire. We can accommodate any size budget and each certificate is gift boxed. A delivery service can also be provided for the extra special surprise.
